BREW PUBS

Brewpub

Belfast now has its first brewpub!
First mooted way back in 1990 by a co-owner of the old Linenhall Bar, and to be in Franklin Street, but never followed through. Then a couple of rumours in later years but all pipe dreams. Now we have it as a fact on the Ormeau Road, Belfast with our friend Lisa Maltman (of Hilden fame) as GM.

The pub is using a robotic system linked via a smartphone (BREWBOT) and they will be serving a range of beers and food.

THE FUTURE?

There are rumours abounding of new set-ups which may come online over the next year or so. Details are sketchy at present. Some may happen, most not, and will in all likelihood be small scale.
